Shipping policy

Free shipping for all orders over 200 euros.
International orders 25 euros.

All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia.

Smooth Wear ships worldwide but does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

All orders have a 5 to 8 business days processing time before they are dispatched. 

Smooth Wear does not ship on the weekends and during Indonesian bank holidays.

All international orders shipped outside Indonesia may be subject to duties and customs charges, which vary greatly depending on the destination country. Smooth Wear has no control and is not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs applied to your package. These charges are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges, so please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, fees and duties before placing your order. The customer will be responsible for the payment of any import duties or taxes charged by customs.

Please note that:

• Your package may be subject to clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
• If the customer refuses his package, the customer will be responsible for all charges, shipping and customs fees. 
• Smooth Wear is not responsible for delivery errors, lost, stolen or damaged packages. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the delivery information before finalizing the order.
